Fifteen Months Old

Happy 15 months, Titon!

He is growing more content to sit for a few minutes and work hard at a puzzle or game. It's still more fun to take the pieces apart, but he's also figuring out how to put them together and fit shapes into their spaces.

Concentrating hard on his shoe's velcro straps. :) It's fun to watch him discover and experiment with new things.

One of my favorites things about Titon is his love for his animal friends. He squeals excitedly when he sees them, and then "bear hugs" them and wrestles them to the floor! They make pretty good friends. :)

Titon is getting around really well. In fact, he went from walking to running within a few weeks! He loves to show off his new skills and can go pretty fast with his push toys. He follows us around the house from room to room, and it melts our hearts when he runs across the room to us and falls into our arms. :)

He still likes to play "peek-a-boo" under the table or around corners. "Where did Titon go?!"

He loves to swing and play at the park! We've had some really warm days in October, so we've enjoyed lots of time outdoors.

He loves to watch Daddy mow the lawn, but he'd much rather be outside helping to push the mower!

Over the past few months, he's become more interested and excited every time he sees a dog. He likes to play with his toy dogs and notices them in books or on TV, but he especially gets excited when he sees the real dogs in our neighbor's yard or when we're on a walk. He hears them every time they bark and wants to go see them!

He gets to eat nearly everything we do and he's continuing to try new foods all the time. However, he's recently discovered condiments, namely ketchup, and he'd like to eat it on everything!! He has two first-year molars coming in on the bottom. :)

Our little guy is growing so big! Sweet dreams, little one. We love you so!
